Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (www.nwalliance.org) — PPG
has worked successfully on a number of projects with this nationally-recognized
market
transformation organization. PPG developed and manages the Building
Operator Certification™ program, widely seen as one of the
Alliance’s most successful market transformation investments.
Currently, PPG manages the regional training effort on sustainable,
high performance commercial buildings for the Alliance.
Puget Sound
Energy (www.pse.com) — PPG provides project management
for one of PSE’s energy efficiency pilot programs — Premium
Service HVAC Services. This program offers one of the country’s
first utility efficiency incentives for commercial HVAC equipment
operations and maintenance improvement.
Seattle City Light (www.seattle.gov/light/conserve)— PPG
has worked with Seattle City Light on a host of educational and
training programs offered by the utility.
We provide instruction services in the Sustainable Building Advisor
Certificate Program sponsored by Seattle City Light and Seattle
Central Community College.
California investor owned utilities —
PPG works with four California investor owned utilities — Pacific
Gas & Electric, San
Diego Gas & Electric, Southern
California Edison, and Southern
California Gas Company— to implement the
BOC™ program statewide.
Tacoma Power (www.cityoftacoma.org) — PPG
has assisted Tacoma Power with development of informational materials
in support of locally developed enhancements
to Washington State’s non residential energy code.
