and meeting facilitation for our government agency clients.
 Training
Curriculum: We design and implement customer-focused technical training programs
to achieve resource efficiency objectives. Our
specialty is participant-centered curriculum designed to engage
the knowledge and experience of the audience in the classroom setting.
Instructor
Development: We
work with clients to recruit and prepare technical instructors
to increase their effectiveness in adult
learning environments. Our instructor pool is comprised of over
20 well-qualified, experienced trainers with a range of expertise
in building systems and equipment.
Event
Marketing & Logistics: For clients seeking full-service
education delivery, we offer marketing and logistical services
for education events. Our marketing team has experience promoting
large national events with multiple sponsors to small local events
in urban and rural communities. We market and manage over 100 education
events annually.
Meeting
Facilitation: We help clients improve the process and results
of their meeting. We develop meeting agendas structured to accomplish
defined objectives and discussion within established timeframes. We
have experience facilitating strategic planning discussions, expert
advisory panels, inter-agency coordination meetings, and
community roundtables.
Energy
Codes: We offer technical services in the
development and implementation of energy codes. We have a decade
of service to
the Washington State Building Code Council.
